Your compensation plan, running as real software — not a spreadsheet held together by hope.
We take your existing plan document and turn it into a working commission engine, distributor portal and mobile app, with DuitNow settlement and reporting your finance team can actually export.
Everything your office currently tracks by hand, running on its own.
We've sat across the table from finance teams doing commission math in Excel at midnight before payout day. This is built to remove that entirely, not add another dashboard to check.
Whatever structure you run
Send us your existing plan document. We configure the engine to match it exactly — we don't ask you to redesign your business around our software.
A downline everyone can see
Distributors log in and see exactly where they sit, who's below them, and what rank they're chasing — no more calling head office to ask.
Payouts that actually land
Commission runs settle straight to bank accounts via DuitNow, so nobody's waiting on a cheque or chasing a bank transfer manually.
Reports you can hand over as-is
When KPDN or an auditor asks for member and sales data, you export it — you don't spend a weekend reformatting spreadsheets first.
An app your distributors open daily
Branded to you, on both app stores — so your recruitment tool is in their pocket, not buried in a browser bookmark.
A sign-up page for every distributor
Each one gets a personal link under your domain. Every sign-up through it is tracked back to them automatically — no manual referral entry.
One screen, instead of five browser tabs open at once.
A rough preview of the console your team logs into — genealogy, commission runs and payout status without switching between separate tools.
If it's in your plan document, we can likely build it.
These are the five structures we're asked for most. Don't see yours listed exactly — chances are it's a variant of one of these, or a hybrid we can still configure.
| Plan | Best fit for | Commission logic | Setup |
|---|---|---|---|
| Binary | Fast-growing two-leg networks | Left/right leg balance & matching bonus | Standard |
| Matrix | Controlled, capped growth | Fixed width & depth placement | Standard |
| Unilevel | Simple, direct-sales-driven teams | Unlimited frontline, level-based payout | Standard |
| Board / Monoline | Cycle or single-line structures | Cycle completion or linear queue | Custom quote |
| Hybrid | Companies mixing two plan types | Combined logic per your plan document | Custom quote |
We won't quote a number until we've read your plan.
Scope varies enough between companies that a flat price sheet would be misleading either way. Here's roughly how the three tiers differ.
Launch
One structure, web portal, nothing extra.
- One compensation structure configured
- Commission engine + live genealogy
- DuitNow payout integration
- Admin console + distributor web login
Scale
Launch tier, plus the mobile app and distributor sites.
- Everything in Launch
- Branded app for iOS and Android
- Personal sign-up pages per distributor
- Reporting formatted for KPDN submission
Custom Build
Hybrid structures, migrations, integrations.
- Multi-component or hybrid commission logic
- Migrating data off an existing system
- Connecting to your CRM or online store
- An agreed ongoing support arrangement
Because when KPDN sends a letter, "our vendor is in a different timezone" isn't an answer.
Plenty of MLM software is built once and resold everywhere. Here's what changes when it's built for one market specifically.
Report formats follow what Malaysian direct-selling regulators actually ask for, not a template adjusted after the fact.
DuitNow is the default, not a workaround bolted on top of a foreign payment gateway.
Support happens in your working hours, in the language your team already uses day to day.
It runs on your server, under your domain. If the vendor relationship ever ends, your system doesn't disappear with it.
Four steps, roughly in this order.
You send the plan
Whatever you have — a formal document, an old system's export, or just how you currently calculate it by hand.
We quote before touching code
You get a fixed number and a realistic timeline based on what your plan actually requires, not a guess.
You test it against real data
Before anyone else logs in, you run a real commission cycle through it and check the numbers match.
It goes live, we stay reachable
Launched on your domain, with a support arrangement that doesn't disappear after the invoice is paid.
What changed for teams who switched.
"We stopped dreading payout week. What used to be two days of checking formulas is now a report we glance at and approve."
"The number of 'where's my downline' messages to our office dropped to almost zero once the app was in everyone's hands."
"Our previous vendor took three weeks just to reply about a reporting format change. This team turned it around in two days."
A few things people usually want to know.
Most "unusual" plans turn out to be a variation or combination of the structures we already build. Send it over and we'll tell you honestly whether it's straightforward or needs a custom quote.
Payouts settle via DuitNow directly to their bank accounts. There's also an internal e-wallet balance for distributors who prefer to withdraw on their own schedule.
You do. It's deployed on your own hosting under your own domain — the codebase and all your data belong to you, not to us as an ongoing SaaS subscription.
A standard single-structure build usually takes a few weeks once the plan is confirmed. Hybrid or multi-structure builds take longer — you'll get a specific timeline with your quote.
A branded app for iOS and Android is included from the Scale tier upward, so distributors can track earnings and downline without needing a browser.
Send over your plan — we'll tell you what it takes.
No obligation, no generic sales pitch. Just an honest read on scope, timeline and whether it's a good fit.
